I die inside the thoughts of you Although they are not fatal I convince myself that all my youth Rests in your arms, my cradle
Have I damaged my brain enough so that No matter how I try I never can reverse the fact That I need you to survive?
Or can I still undo the done And block you from my mind Enough so that when I see you come I will not look into the light?
This I cannot figure out Not for the life of me, Which is ironic in itself Living, ambivalently
Never underestimate The power of persuasion The mind can be extraordinary And cause mental abrasions
I cant remember what is right, Or find my up and down I mix between my fight and flight, The spinning room surrounds.
I wonder if Im gone enough I will not think of you But if I come back, far and above, Will everything stay new
Or will it fall back, inevitably To what was so unsteady Even though no matter what will conceive I will never be ready
