Crying Inside

I cry inside but no tears you will see
No trace on my face you will find
For I have been hardened by times past
And alone in my fear I'm confined

I know not what the future has in store for me
Or what dreams will actually come true
I will weather that storm as I have done before
Because it was a promise I made to you

Not to let things get me down, or be blue
Be forthright with no devious plan
Strive to do whatever I want
Whatever the problem say I can

Well at the moment they don't stand a chance
Because life it bears down on me
And the only thing I want to do
Is put on my coat now and flee

Disappear in an almighty flash
Take a break and never look back
Yes now I am crying inside
It seems the world is so black

Oh!I know its because I still miss you
After four years I still feel the same
I'm sorry its not really your fault
That for you I still hold a flame

So inside I cry for what I had
But outside I put on a brave face
For no one will ever understand
For tears I will never show a trace

Oh Sue~
you have me in tears my dear friend. I feel your pain and I wished I could take it all away and dry the tears that you cry.
Sweetheart, all I want to do is give you a huge *hug* and to tell you that all will be alright. I pray to God to heal your hurting heart and may He replace the sad tears you cry with happy ones.
I'm always here for you my dear friend remember that. I'm only a pm away.
Wishing your beautiful heart healing~
Much love, hugs n prayers,
sue m

This was painful to read and I can easily imagine how you feel because I often bottle up my emotions and then I find writing poetry or writing my journal is the most effective way of letting my emotions out with letting anyone see how I feel.
I can really empathise with you.

Take care,
Dom
