i wrote this hoping to give a different and, in my opinion, better view of what surrounds us


Small and smooth
So Hidden are the pebbles
Of earth

Green and round
So smooth is the petal
Of a flower

Furry and scaly
So many are the creatures
Of this place

Blue and vast
So great are the
Vast oceans

Tall and rough
So large are the redwoods
Of Yosemite

Delicious and juicy
So abundant are the
fruits of this planet

Smart and dominant
So nave are the people
Of this land

Merciful and powerful
So awesome is my
God
