Nights like this, I face my feelings, they can never let me lie, I just let my mind be free and send its rockets to the sky - Even distant constellations are permitted to find out I feel love for you this moment with no fear and with no doubt.
Couldn't fall in love with school - it has its holidays each season, Wasn't fond of ancient times for they have gone, so no good reason, Couldn't grow to love this life - I knew that I'd be dead someday, You got a hold of this small heart just saying, 'Trust me, I will stay'.
Temporary things around me grew, then wilted, left me cold You stepped in... and that was different, you're a treasure, piece of gold, Shaped my dreams and shaped my future as you picked me off the floor Didn't need much to be happy...but you gave me so much more.
Many things endear me greatly...nothing warms me quite like you, I can hear your voice in silence, sense your soul in what I do. Though I know you never touched me, I can feel your hands beside. Where are wings to bring me closer to the one I miss tonight?
I'm aware I'm in too deep now, I don't feel like I'm the same, Feelings came and changed in instant, like a breeze to hurricane. With their tight grip round my body they just spun me, my head swam, Yet I feel like it was more than just another life's exam.
May your world come suck me deeply, I surrender and won't shout, Love this smile that looks so blinding, it turns my heart inside out. Love your eyes with gleam of crystals, every gesture of your hands, You're a song that I'll be singing even when the music ends.
Maybe I'm a little foolish, but I cannot feel ashamed That at nights my lonely heartbeat's always spelling out your name.
