oops

Across your messy sheets, Behind the lips on your face, My innocence danced, And soon was misplaced. I've been hiding a while, Behind solemn green eyes, Believing nothing in my heart, But your humble replies, As I go on with routine, And a life you despise, I plead with you, For my sanity, While still guitly, Of birthing these lies. With convicting red hands, I play on in this game, Hoping that nothing will come, Of this heart I can't tame. I have broken things down, Only to survive once again, But nothing I have done, Has brought resolution in the end.
