I Can Never Form My Thoughts Into Words

I can never say my thoughts out loud.

A sigh barely passes my lips
and my throat feels like it's clogged.
It doesn't help that the way you stare at me
only makes my breathing worse.

I can never form my thoughts into words.

A word barely passes my lips
in which are scarcely open
and my chest feels like stone.
I leave you confuse again.

My signals are on and off
and you're going to get so baffled
to the point you reach your limit
and surrender.

I can never say my thoughts out loud.

A yearn barely passes my lips
and I make-believe that you're standing
in front of me.

In my heart, I dream for more courage...
and somewhere at the back of my head,
this plea starts to cry;

'I'm still here.
Give me just a little bit more time.
I'm only silently asking
and I wish you can notice that.
So, please... don't give up yet.'

I can never form my thoughts into words.
