Nostalgia

Topic: LoveRemembered

Tears
Remembering the last ten days
I think
They were among the happiest of my life
Ill always remember them, and you.
For there I learnt that
There are still nice people on this world
I dont know
If you feel the same
But youve taught me
That life is still good
It was fun
These last days
And Ive finally found
What they mean
When they speak of true friendship
In all those cards and poems
I dread to think
That maybe youll forget me
As soon as we part
But I wont think about that
It might not even be true
Still
It hurts to leave you all
Its not a quick sharp pain,
Like a dagger in the heart;
Its blunt, always there,
Like a cold, hard mace,
As if someone was slowly
Chewing on my heart,
Not killing it,
Just hurting,
Hugging my pillow at night
Tears come to my eyes
Cause I miss you so
I felt such a strong kinship
Such a tight bonding,
Team spirit,
And for those, I thrive,
I wont forget you,
Please, please dont forget me?
You dont know,
Probably never will,
But,
I love you.

I could really 'fee' your pain with these words. Thanks for sharing your work.
