Nothing at all..

Contributed by crow on Thursday, 31st May 2007 @ 06:00:26 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Torrid night
silent as holding one`s breath,
expansion of stars
limitless thoughts
keepers of the world are sleeping.

No moon up above,
no breeze carries music
the desert
has been charmed to quiet.

Here one can sit
and realize.

here one can sit
and mourn.

The loneliest sound
ever heard,
is nothing at all....Vincent

Tears are rolling down my cheeks. I so understand this write. The silence can be deafening at times. I wish right now, I could float away...somewhere else where the silence will never hurt me again. Loved the write, I felt very connected to it.
Peace and hugs,
Laura
