I stopped today to think of you, My hope of reuniting has fallen apart, Its funny though because today I feel for you, No longer do I feel the pain in my heart, I will always think of us, But now Ill do it and smile, All the precious mornings spent in your arms, Our silly number system (831, 07734, 14, ), The games we played in our rear view mirror, The night we took those crazy deer in the headlights pictures, Never in my life has it been clearer, What we had I cant exactly have again, Ill never forget you and the times we spent, As far as I concerned this game is over and you win, Sure I wished we both were still together, Gosh we even had plans for future, I couldnt have dreamed of anyone better, What childish dreams we made in bed, Like fairy tales told from a book, Every one of them tucked neatly in the back of my head, We have been parted for a long while now, And my life is still going on, Who would have thought, wow Anyways like I said I stopped to think of you today, Youre still beautiful to me, And thats all I remember, Just know, if I could make it so Well I stopped to think of you today, But Im not blue any longer, This thought I had today, It made me wonder, I wish just once I knew how you felt.

i am so sorry you are a victim of lost love, but it is nice to move on and recognize the good times and cherish them for what they were. (i really like the line "Every one of them tucked neatly in the back of my head" how true. I like this one a lot and hope to read more thanx ~julie |
