I have messed up
Left to myself I will only falter

I cannot continue alone
Without you I become meaningless

Without purpose I am useless
Without your love I am nothing

But all I hear is silence
No sweet words whispered in my ear

| The last stanza says it precisely! If you lean on others so much to the point where your life and the meaning of it becomes dependent solely on them, you might be in trouble. People can disappoint, but you will always have yourself, at least. |
