war

The sound of leaves rustling, green everywhere. So peaceful, so quiet, So wonderful. The sound of birds singing, life everywhere. So lovely, so amazing, So beautiful.
How could you take it all away?
The beauty of nature has been replaced by the destruction of man. The sound of bombs falling, explosions everywhere. The green is gone, the red of blood prevails. The sound of bullets flying, death everywhere. It is no longer possible to be happy or safe.
When will this end? War is not peace.

Good write. The ending, with this question and the statement, I love.
"When will this end?
War is not peace"
Unfortunately man seems to have this brutal need to annihilate others. Someone must be stronger than another, no one can be equal.....sad. I think when we stop looking at everyone as being "different" and we love each other for just being human...peace shall come. There has just been so much warring throughout the past...everywhere on this earth...eventually, something has to change.
Thanks for sharing.
Peace,
Laura
