*** 'Tis I in darkness whom now doth beckon. 'Pon cold of night roaming , a feral thirst. My call ; a howl like wolves who threaten the lambs who walk my woods accursed.
Relent , Lord , and give me mine lover. Untill she comes I fear for Thy brethren. You stold her whilst I fought for thee Father. Undead , I war against Thee forever.
Behold the light of the Nazarene glows. The Dragon weeps in ethereal rain. Returned ; she walks through the heavenly snow. Her eyes hath taught me forgiveness again.
Alas , she says , He hath granted reprieve because you have fought Him for love of me. ***

Masterfully intriguing title...I almost feared the content wouldn't live up to the expectation it birthed...silly me...as this was riveting from beginning to end!!!

Excellently done. It reminds me that I still need to read Dracula. Your muse never seems to fail you. |

A gorgeous first attempt, cheri. As always... leaving me breathless, speechless, and heartless... Such a divine love story will steal the hearts of many. Thank you... for being such an inspiration to me, and undoubtedly, many others. Never stop. It would be a painful tragedy. Love and peace.

This is very unique. I'm usually not the type for the classical type, i prefer raw emotional poetry, but your words are very entracing. i lve teh subject matter adn the way you told the story. Excellent stuff, honestly.
Keep it up,
