Two lovers once connected,
now tossed aside.
Haven't spoken a word,
within eights moons high.
The strength in his liquior,
the weak of her voice,
her heart forced by another,
didn't have any other choice.
She left and lied,
but for his own good.
She knew in her heart,
he never understood.
The days have passed,
the snow turns to mush,
yet still, it's there,
but kept hush-hush.
How to live alone,
while the earth still turns.
How do you move on,
when the fire still burns.
