Today hurts
its air is dense
making me sore
when walking from
place to place
its a tired
day viewed
from my restless
eyes
sitting on
a painful
conch
looking into
the t.v.
with its
scars and bandages
Id get up
to walk away
from this
honored sight
But Im afraid
the floors
to weak and,
it will
give out
under me
