I'm making up the difference
so we can be perfect again
I'll fix this
just let me try this one more time
everyday you amaze me
with every promise you keep
I find myself needing this
I'm starving for your attention
and I want anything but to resist
please keep this going
no one's stopping us now
with things so clear this time
even I can't let you down

just a little longer please
the hours you're away
begin to feel like weeks
but you're here right now
and it's only you and me
we can tell of our dreams
the ones we can't make come true
it took me far too long to realize
that all I need is you
it's something more than I could say
you forgive the unforgiveable
and believe the worst of lies
I've only brought you down
turn me into something worth keeping around

it's more than just a kiss
what you're trying to do..
I could never let you..
a mistake I've made a thousand times
do anything
just dont leave me behind
memories
and fantasies
you were all that got me by
I cant seem to think of what'd I'd do

so everything's all wrong
perfect's just not right

Oh wow. This was such a beautiful heartfelt write. So much
romance and soft allure dwells in and between the lines.
Stephanie, you write with so much heart, it is difficult not to
love everything you capture and will onto the page. I hate
to take anything out of context, as if to disturb the perfectness
of the write as is, but I have to say, this bit ..

just ... wow! That was brilliant. I mean, it's such a simple
thought, but so few of us actually realize it, let alone admit it.
