Been having a dream
that I was
slowly
moving in a groove
where I knew what to do.
Something was telling me
was that eventually
that everything
goes wrong
there's nothing I can do
but let it go,
the secret is
I gotta relax
and just let life flow.
No words could ever explain
the way I feel
when there is no pain
I am laughing and interacting again
and I
feel secure with the reaction
although some think I am strange
as I walk away
from the things
that use to fill me with rage.
I am starting to dream
that I can really be
free.

I loved this!
In acceptance there is true peace to be found, working with the rhythm rather than always trying to fight against it.
The last stanza is beautiful in its simplicity and sincerity.
