I turned off the lights
And lay down on my bed
I hug my pillow closer
Hoping to embrace you into my dreams tonight
I closed my eyes
Hoping to see you
But all I found was only darkness
Then I saw flashes of lights in front
I walked on, not knowing what to expect
In front of me, I saw you
I could not believe my eyes
I know I am dreaming, really dreaming
You smiled, and I think I smiled back
We stood there for a while
Then you took my hands and we walked
Your hands were soft I wish I could hold on to it forever
Your smile is the sweetest thing Ive ever seen
And it brightens up my world whenever I see it
Thank you for the love
Thank you for the dream
