Heaven on Earth
Night turns to day, as the gates begin to show
So many men rejected, my succession is surely no
Moving forward toward the light, where nearly everything is right
Waiting in line, with so many men, will i really enter paradise?
Maybe
Roses flood the ground as butterflies sing,
Graceful songs beyond the gate, but tis is but a dream
Comets falling toward earth reveals, the rejection of a soul
For the Gate Keeper of the kingdom, is ever so cold
Perhaps
Gaze upon me, speak from thy heart
As the Gate Keepers patience, steady falls apart
Lips clasp, soul sealed, spirit burst for all to see
Sweet siren of lust, radiant, rose of envy
Onlookers bow, as they begin to envy me
For my soul is shinning bright, for it is finally free
For the acceptance of the Gate Keeper, nods as if proud
Shrouded in a mist, impenetrable, a nimbus cloud
Therefore
The many souls, patiently waiting on me
Finally acknowledges thee
For up under my feet,
The clouds dilute with deceit
For my eyes open and i see
Within her arms, will i be
