when you cant see your feet
and your stubbling through the dark
when your in pain and wish itll just stop
but really it has only begun to start
when you feel that the world is watching you
but youve got nothing to show
when the questions are there, threatning you till u answer
but the answers you do not know
when your pulling and pushing
but its not you that is moving
when you try to seek help
but noone, and nothing is found to be soothing
when you scream and cry
but your voice isnt heard
when you debate an important issue
and still they doubt your word
when you offer out a hand
only for it to be pushed away
when youve finally been noticed
but end up with nothing important to say
when your down and bleeding
only to be stared at, and laughed upon
when they say your a winner
and its a joke, coz thers nothing that could be won
when you think youll be ok
but the world is really craving in
when your torn and stripped to pieces
coz what uve lost is everything
when youve crawled 1000 miles on your own
only to find theres nothing there
when youve run into warming arms
to be pushed away coz they simply do not care
when the waves begin to swell
and ur going under
when the world comes crashing down
ur stuck in rain and thunder
I' ll be the hand of the ocean
that pulls you to the shore
I'll be the warming arms
youll be the one i'll adore
I'll be the heat of the cold evening
the arms thatll keep you warm
I'll be the missing pieces to you
the ones that have forever vanished - just gone
I'll be the one lending a hand
begging for yours too
just let me help you out
and dont ever forget that i love you.

Welcome to YPDC (a tad late), Lana. I do hope you enjoy your time here. I'd encourage you to spell out words instead of using, for example, "coz" and "ur". In general, readers here seem to prefer the former over the latter.
This is a heartwarming friendship poem. I hope that you shared it with whomever might have inspired it!
