Just STOP!
stop feeling this way
stop feeling so down
stop feeling sorry for urself
stop stapling a frown

stop crying
stop forcing yourself to
stop hurting yourself
stop pointing the finger at u

stop confusing others
stop confusing yourself
stop - just stop!
and look after your health

stop letting go
stop holding on
stop thinking your dumb
stop thinking everyones gone

stop thinking lifes so sour
stop thinking everythins fallen apart
stop - just stop
your ripping your own heart out!

stop feeling so useless
stop feeling you cant escape
stop thinking u want to die
stop being so fake!

Just START!
start to be happy
start to look on the bright side
start feeling some love
start feeling some pride

start laughing
start enjoying company
start to socilise
start to feel free

start looking after your health
start moving on
start having fun
start saying your right - coz not always wrong

start realising ppl care for you
start returning it as well
start putting in your mind
there is a heaven - not only a hell

start thinking you deserve everyhthing
start feeling its true
start feeling other colours
not always that dark blue

start loving yourself
start loving others too
start meeting
that trapted beautiful, intelligent, caring you.

you chose a creative format to write this poem and it is very nicely done... Stop the bad and start the good, a very helpful message...
