I am but one man
I can move only so fast
I have come close to many things
so close that I get burned
but I never learn
I keep pressing on
till my lights go out
then I have to take a step back
to realize I am but just one man
I dream of being
so much more then I am
it makes me step with a perpose
towards a greater plan
someday when I am gone
they will look upon my grave
and remember my name
