Whispers Tonight!!

Contributed by Lone_er on Monday, 23rd July 2007 @ 11:32:14 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Whispers Tonight!
Hearing gentle whispers
I perceived your heart today
I listened with bated breath
To the love for which I pray
Your heart is more precious
Than all the riches in the world
Within your eyes I see
Flags of passion unfurled
The cherry red hue of your red lips
The graceful beauty of your face
Ignite flames within my soul
Cause my desperate heart to race
I can hardly reply
Your touch renders me all but mute
To say I'm in love
I cannot refute!
Oh gentle whispers!
How lovely you are to me
Sacred unto my heart
“Oh darling can’t you see!”
"You’re the one for whom I yearn"
"My hearts greatest delight"
"Oh angel, oh my love”
”Keep whispering tonight!”
Russ
