we talk we share we laugh we cry
you are my friend, and i don't know why
we've shared our lives for some time
day after day, wishing you were mine
that day has finally come around
but i sit here saying not a sound
you look at me and tell me of your day
i stare in your eyes not knowing what to say
you tell me that you wish i could see
i whisper, you two weren't meant to be
there aren't any words to desvribe how i feel about you
but there just isn't anything that i can do
i can't say i love you 'cause our friendship might get torn
i say it anyway despite of the risk of getting scorn
"I love you" i say you look at me with suprise
you grab my hand and look in my eyes
i smiled you smiled we smiled
and for a second my heart went wild
you touched my face and kissed me with passion
there was so much passion
and now we are as one
