Tap the Body

Tap the body broken by man, Cracked from the ages and sins right hand, Pushed further down to the bowels of greed, Forgotten the morals in which we need.
Tap the body torn and abused, Strip from it the pride of only the used, Wrack every inch in deniable pain, Watch it grow cold lying in the rain.
Tap the body never to be found, Held accountable for every sound, Kicked by those who call themselves just, Forced to indulge in vengeful lust.
Tapping my body what do I see, The darkness of pain till it awakens me, Turning to find what was there all along, The world tapping us all in a direction we do not belong.

I like the poem and to asnwer your question Morals are the mainstay of any family or nation, without morals the world would be a terrible place with anarchy ruling. Peace from bern. |
