Or sometime say or do
Does it matter what you want
Or the thoughts that you pursue
Does it matter that the world moves on
To leave you in its wake
Does it matter how much you gave
Once you begin to take
Does it matter that youre not worthy
To reap what others have sown
Does it matter that you persist
That youve always known
Does it matter who you are
Or what you think you know
Does it matter what you believe
Or how far youre willing to go
Does it matter what the cost
Or the dues now brought to pay
Does it matter at the souls gone lost
Or that more are lost each day
Does it matter?

wordsy, my friend, there is a quiet contempt within your words,
and I am familiar with this emotion. A sort of .. damn, do you not
see?? kinda thing ... I can't be sure what your true inspiration
was for the write, (which is exceptionally thought provoking
by the way), but I have been brought to the point of wanting to
SCREAM the words to the page by the arrogance and indifference
of others ... as recently as this morning in fact. Makes you want to
just throw your hands up in the air and say, why bother...
great fundamental questions wordsy ... too bad no one ever
seems to want to answer for them ~
