Before this, goodbye is just like any other word
A word that means well see each other again
A word that means I wish you well
I did not realized it meant more than that
I did not know it could hurt so much
Once I heard that I am sorry is the hardest word to say
I thought so too
Now I realized goodbye is even harder to say
Hard to say without having tears welled up inside my eyes
Hard to say when I know it is you I have to say goodbye to
You might not understand the pain in my heart right now
You might not know this is all so hard for me
I have lost words to say
I have lost part of myself to you
When I know you dont love me
When I know you treat me nothing more than friends
When all of this sinks into my mind
That will be the moment I can say to you goodbye

This is sad, certainly nothing good about good bye is there now, nice presentation and very emotional, a well done peice of writting . . .
