You are the sun
I am the earth
He is the moon
Your light envelopes my being,
Feeds my existance.
But as time lingers on
We drift apart.
Your sunshine is no longer a blessing,
But a painful reminder
Of something that was never realy mine.
It hurts, but not as bad
As the nothing I now have
For between us has rissen the moon
Insignificant, monochromatic.
A perversed reflection
Of the light that you shine.
Yet somehow, you see in it
Something I will never posess
Now my sunlight is gone
As the the sun is eclipsed by the moon.

I liked this a lot I don't know you, but it seems as if you've poured a lot of truth and past hurts into this. Great poem keep on writing and putting your feelings on paper.
