the funeral of our hearts
it comes quickly
and goes just as fast
you give them all of you
without any questions
and believe the words they speak
And when you least expect it
they end it without even caring
but still you hold on to the memories
and who you thought they were
Until the day comes when you find the truth
in all their lies.

What a beautiful write...you have actually defined the exact meaning of a breakup and fit it so well in a poem...im sorry for what happened, and im glad you are taking it out this way...find strength....somewhere...somehow...
