I pray if before we wake
Together we will die
My love
And rise together slowly
Toward that star of light
Where heaven begs our souls
My love
Softly opening wide its arms
That will end our earthly flight.
For nearly you and I
Are of same age
My love
Here I pray, hand in hand
We both will go
As hand in hand
We both have lived.
I pray toward that star of light
Well go together slowly
My love
Where heaven opens
Wide its arms
That will end our earthly flight.
