Into darkness falls, Whispery silver and white, An eternal waterfall, Reflecting off the scarce light.
The moon in the background, Trees in the foreground, Silence broken by a howl, Into darkness echoes the sound.
A wolf stands at waters edge, To see a reflection lonely as him, But never before, Was the reflection so dim.
The music that the wind plays Whispering through the fading trees, Written by a misunderstood soul Strings out in complex melodies.
Tears shed in quiet isolation, Out of loneliness or misery, At times shed in memory, Of something longed for deeply.
The wolf cries alone in the dark, Tears splintering the waters surface, A blurred echo of his agony, Of this world gone amiss.

Powerful images and metaphors of loneliness and anguish. The descriptions enhance the emotion well, and the opening is strong.
Keep on writing and posting!
Take care,
