Would you love me
if I hurt myself
And couldn't tell you why

Would you love me
if I slit my wrists
and bled to death
and died

Would you try to grab my hand
As I walked out on the edge

Try to keep me close
as I plummet to my death

would you love me
if I closed my eyes
and cut the final threads

fell apart here in your arms
leaving pieces
in the end

would you love me
If I turned away
couldn't leave what's left

Could you still love me
If I just gave up
and brought it to an end
