Nothing like being broken

I suppose this is a love remembered as one is reflecting on past love... well this is where it stays, its too late at night to think and this is really, good enough lol.
by the way if you were sickened by how sugary sweet i wrote the blurb, don't be alarmed, I was also appalled...lol

Nothing Like Being Broken

There is nothing that my mind can do
To rub away the feeling you
Dug into my very core
As you hit me, dragged me out the door

That night I sat in your hallway and cried
Tears falling down my side
I felt only shame in all I was
You were my life you had no flaws

I was such a fool, an idiot
To let myself be subject
To every single stupid whim
I was taken by your sin.

I lost myself and almost drowned
Yelling, screaming without a sound
If you hadnt tossed me aside
I would have continued to live in your lie

I thank you, for being a selfish *****
And braking me as if I were a twig or stick
For now I am stronger then ever before
No longer do I play your whore

Freedom and peace are in my grasp
All I need to find them is ask
For I have found the other half of my soul
And now I have become whole
