"For the Girl Upon the Stage Pt. 2"

With eyes of broken light
She dances all across the room
Cradled in the arms of joy
With shades of romance in her smile

Images of radiance
Shooting stars and galaxies
Fill my mind like hopes and dreams
With every breath she weaves into a word

My Conscience speaks the words
that are floating thru my head
But we both know it can't be now
So I'll just sit back and dream

Songs of Earth and lines of hope
Possess my heart and steal my breath,
Like love when it first comes to life,
Everytime our eyes connect

And shades of canvas, dreams of luck
Follow her from room to room
Inviting silence to come to life
And fill the place with laughter

And my Conscience speaks the words
that are floating thru my head
But we both know it can't be now
So I'll just sit back and dream
