At night I lie away and wonder. Not sleeping but letting my mine ponder. On the Oh to near fate. Of which I wish to Negate. And pass death by. The shackles cutting into my wrist, Oh but to turn them into mist. By chains or bonds Id not be bound, To explore, what could be found? While passing death by. OH what could the answer be? To cause such a power to flee? A stone, a drink, or magic Portrait? I must search hard to find it, To pass death by. How primitive blood drinking. What could those people be thinking? Taking life to restore their own, To slowly kill their victims and hear them moan. Trying to pass death by. Books, books, an endless pile, Some say Im in denial. So close to the ending, My search just beginning, Can I pass death by? A life time spent, How fast it went. Looking, Looking, Looking, For a non-existing thing. Unable to pass death by. Now here I can only lay and wait, And some still debate. My mad Obsession, Let this be a lesion. No one can pass death by.
Or can they
