What once was,
Shall never be again...
For I was your lover,
But not a true friend...
As I saw the peices fall,
From what could have been...
My heart breaking,
A numbness taking over within...
Looking at the wreckage,
I've created from the start...
It has never been clearer,
That I must part...
As life shall continue,
I will never forget...
For what should have been,
Is my biggest regret...
A life as it shatters,
A heart as it breaks...
The cause of the same,
Irreversable mistakes...
