Under Your Wings

Under your wings, I am forever safe.
Its like a dream, I want to live everyday.
It takes me, to my favorite place.
Where I love to see, my favorite face.

And as I grow older,
My world gets colder,
And you are there to help me up.
When all of it is over,
I want to be closer,
To your heart where Im not alone.

I dont want to let you go.
Youve been there for me to give me hope.
Youve shown me Im not alone.
Dont make me go on my own

As you watch me, make my mistakes.
As bad as they seem, you take them away.
You hear my screams, and take my pain.
You make me, feel so unafraid

And as I grow older,
My world gets colder,
And you are there to help me up.
When all of it is over,
I want to be closer,
To your heart where Im not alone.

I dont want to let you go.
Youve been there to give me hope.
You showed me Im not alone.
Dont make me go on my own

You help me be, better than me.
Please dont take that away
Please tell me youll stay
