You waited for me your entire life
And never gave up hope.
When you finally had me
Your love ran deeply through
And as the years progressed
I grew and changed.......matured.
Through my decisions weren't the best,
You never let me fall.
You've stood by me through thick and thin,
Your love, never faltering.
I never said, "Thank You," for that.
Even though I rarely say it,
I know you know it's true.
I love you both, and I am glas
To have parents as good as you.
I love you mom and dad;

What a twist...i thought it was for a boyfriend/girlfriend...then i read thank you both...im like huh? and then it came to mom nad dad nad it ended so nicely....very sweet poem!
