There is a halo above your head,
That only I can see,
It Shines day and night,
Helping me find my way,
When I am lost in the dark.
God gave you that halo,
So that I will always see the angel hidden within,
My dearest and closest friend.
And I will never forget,
How that halo has helped
When I first realized you are a blessing,
That has come down from above,
And how your halo helps me remember,
What a true friend you are.
You picked me up off my feet,
And taught me how to soar,
How to be kind and gentle,
And ever so much more.
An angel is what you are,
And forever is what you will be,
It is because of that halo,
That God gave to thee.
