In my silence you are there
And in my soul I feel your prayer
In my darkness you shine through
Always lighting the way that leads to you
A path I've always sought to find
To my gentle goddess that haunts my mind
Because when I'm alone your presence still lingers
I can still feel your touch on my lips, chest and fingers
You are the most beautiful piece of life I could ever discover
Your my hopes, my dreams and my spiritual lover
My destined skies, my sun as it sets in west
You are the very air that I breathe
And the rain that falls warm upon my chest
Because in my shadows you dance with me
And when I sleep you whisper lullabies of our eternity
Your in my poems and words, you bleed through my ink
As you embody my life and entomb every thought I think
Although your always with me in my own distant ways
My heart still hurts on even the best of days
Sometimes I miss you much it makes me cry
But I know I'll never be able to forget you...
So I don't even try.
