I believe in freedom of speech
I believe in practicing what we preach
I want to believe united we stand
But I know divided we fall
And I believe most chooses to run
Because their too proud to crawl
I believe in wearing my heart on my sleeve
Displaying my emotions, leaving no room to decieve
I believe in freeing my thoughts and my mind
And I firmly believe that love is blind
I believe that poetry is merely the pages of ones heart
And I believe that every living soul is a piece of Gods art
I believe in treating others the way we wish to be treated
And I believe one can never truly win until they've been defeated
I believe in loyalty, sticking to ones word
And that means staying true, even when the lines are blurred
I believe in keeping the faith, holding on until the end
I believe in staying real, not living to pretend
I believe in eternity, forever and a day
And redefining everything in a far more beautiful way
I believe actions speak louder than words
And I believe in the power of originality
Instead of running in herds
I believe theres a little bit of sunshine
Inside every drop of rain
I believe the most sincere people in the world
Are the ones who endure the most pain
And that comes from experience
Not just speaking in vain
I believe understanding comes from lessons learned
And trust is something that must be truly earned
I believe in life after death
And I believe in loving the same person until my very last breath
I believe in you
I believe in me...
I believe.
