APPRECIATION FOR THE UNAPPRECIATED

As the cold rotten feeling of deaths hand impacts and collides with your soul,
the realization that every day of life before the stroke of obliteration was terrifically invaluable and irreplaceable,
and it is as you begin to slip away from the earth for the rest of eternity,
to go to sleep for eternity,
that you realize the how so ignorantly you were ungrateful to life,
and even sometimes would curse it,
when life itself is the only thing that has no absolute meaning,
because it means something different to every person, every animal,
every snowflake,
to everything it has a different meaning,
which makes it the paramount undefined idea ever,
and so how is it that we cannot grasp and appreciate such an opportunity,
how can we hate something we only get a single chance at?

How can we give up on the only thing we will ever get the chance to have to feel or live or see or hear or smell or taste.. the only feeling we will ever have?

And yet some of us do they walk with us,
they are us,
we hurt each other,
with words,
with force,
with guns,
with bombs,
with negligence,
by turning away from the ones that need us the most,
by closing our eyes to what affects us the most,
by covering our ears from the truth,
by telling to much of it,
by not telling enough,
by limiting ourselves from our full capabilities,
by taking to much from those who have so little,
we are the ones who are unappreciative of the one thing in this world that deserves appreciation, life.

Do pretenders deserve appreciation?
Do killers deserve to be idolized?
Do the luck stricken deserve to be known?

The ones that do are the ones that preserve,
conserve,
protect,
grow,
spread everything in life or life itself,
because with billions of us in the world,
with billions of potential world changers,
we affect the world the way the world is reflected by us,
so why not keep the world,
the universe,
the life of everything,
beautiful,
why poison ourselves with death and toxins and cheap temporary thrills when we can enjoy life truthfully,
the way it was meant to be enjoyed,
or maybe even better,
because one of these days,
it will come for you,
as it did to every person before us,
as it does to every one of us,
and as it will to every one yet to come,
so why wait till we are confronted with one of the greatest punishments of life to appreciate it when we can now,
at this time,
we can appreciate every thing,
the rain,
the sun,
our love our freedom our senses,
our minds,
our feelings,
our everything.

Our lives together, our lives alone, our life.

It never ceases to amaze me that Writes like this powerfull one comes from the ugliest of times/as in life.
I wept silently thru every word on these pages.
I've seen devastion on tv as you saw but I know it must be hard to see it first hand.
It's time for this planet to wake up and it's dedication from your writing the world needs to listen to.
Incredoble work.
god bless you-n-yours,
emy

How incredible that you could place yourself and feel for those suffering and write it so profoundly. I have tears.
