My eyes are shut to the world
I cannot see the red
The blood that is spilt
But I can hear the horror;
The pain;
The sorrow;
I am not brave
Yet I am the leader
My choices change everything
Snap my fingers
They follow
Why
Why don't I open my eyes
Why don't I see the blood and pain
I am a coward
I am a snake
Yet they follow
They are blind and mute to there stupidaty
How can a world so strong fall;
How can a world so bright darken;
A leader is only as strong as its people
And I am a coward
Yet they follow
I am the leader who shouldn't have been
