Walk down the halls
That cute girl calls
Its a fresh start, its a new day
And you look that way

You're filled with fear
She sees you here
Then suddenly your breath is shaking
then and there your body is quaking

You can't help but think about her
Your mind is anything but clear
And when she said "Hello" you're thinking
I wish she'd always be so near.

You're eye to eye
You're hypnotized
Just think of something nice to say
It's better off if you don't delay

You just say "Hey"
But that's okay
It's what I thought, but didn't say
I think she'd rather just befriends anyway
But I'd rather not just be friends anyway
