Drowning in my screaming
I don't know why I'm like this

I can't face this
would you take my hand
can you save me, from myself?
I'm living in visions
the nightmares never end
I'm lost in the shadows of doubt

I'm trying so hard
but I can't find a way out,
I'm crawling on my knees
I'm begging , please
can you tell me how?
I'm slipping again, out of focus
I'm trapped under the surface
I don't know why I can't breathe
So turn around
I can't face this
