I made a mistake

Contributed by Butterfly_of_passion on Sunday, 6th January 2008 @ 04:45:36 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I made a mistake
Cryin in the rain.
Hidin my pain.
I try not to take
but when it comes to you.
My heart has been broken into a thousand peices.
Each piece has you lookin back at me
I shut the door and lock it
with a thought of wat if
indeed you brought a smile to my face everyday
and
Indeed have tried not to stir our pieceful relation
but at times i think of trying once more.
I don't know why you continue to pull me back in
only to disappoint me
I made a mistake.
Becoming your friend was by choice.
But falling for you was not planned
wat am'i to do
I smile to hide the pain i feel
you never answered my question
I don't know what else to do.
Other than to wait.
so should i wait or should i accept you as a mistake
I rather just know how you feel.
I keep my distance,
a little hope
and my heart on my sleeve.
all i wait for in the darkness is your warm embrace
I guess i will never know.
