Empathy within the desired minute

Comforting words
Spent on decaying bodies
Endless kisses
Wasted in vacuums of time
Pounding hearts
Butterfly knees
Nestled in the wilderness
Rest birds in their trees
Compounding arguments
Shatter the peace

For that hurtful release
Ignore my jealousy
Put me at ease
