I'm used to playing the part your road kill
your prey
dead and decaying
you being the vulture moving in overhead
I haven't changed but you have
and your abandonment
It's picking me apart piece by piece
If I'm lucky I'll die inside
And gain that apathy that I so envy you for having
And then your savage claws
won't be able to phase me anymore
