ONCE AGAIN

The cards have been played again
for once i thought i'd be ok
but i find myself in the spot i was with jim
i thought i could love
i thought i could trust
all that is done
for the story had to end
he said "I LOVE YOU"
but i find it a lie
he said he was "hard to understand"
now i know why
he's done this before
for i have read
that im not the first
but part of the rest
its become the past
but i find myself thinking about him
but then i realize it was for my best for it to end.
