If you could go back to might have been
for all things said and done
to fill all your wants and needs
Desires leave dissappointments
To walk that path just one more time
not to say or do the same
how can one take back what is done
dissappointments leave regrets
in life there is no second chance
you rarely can try anew
mistakes will have to stay that way
regrets leave shattered dreams
now is the end, what might have been
you wish you could redo
that door now shut, not left ajar
dreams now leave illusions

I have often pondered this but then thought again. Yes there is alot I would have done differently but by the same token if I had would I be where I am right now??
