Lil Things...

Topic: happypoetry

How much love can a woman bear,I'm not sure now let me see
I don't know about the others but too much is not enough for me
I would love to have my hair brushed and kisses on my nose
Lovingly held while I go to sleep and waking up to a rose
Laying together on a secluded beach, our love warmer than the sun
Whispering softly in my ear that I'm his only one
Walking with me in the rain, and gently holding my hand
Forgiving me my lil mistakes, telling me he understands
Taking me up on the mountain,a cosy picnic for two
Relaxing in the shade of a tree under a sky of blue
It's all the simple lil things that I absolutely love
And of all these simple lil things,I could never get enough.
